Spirit Seekers is the first, and to date only, Paranormal Team to Investigate the Arkansas State Capitol Building.

The construction of the Arkansas State Capital took 16 years, from 1899 to 1915. The Capitol was built on the site of the State Penitentiary and prisoners were used to construct the building. They lived in a dormitory that was left on the Capitol grounds while construction was taking place and is still being used today.

This picture was taken in the basement.
The investigator had her back to the wall, she was by herself and there were no lights on in the area.
